Promises, Promises

Thank you to everyone who has sent me messages. They are much appreciated. At least I know now that my message is getting through. Even if it is a little slower than I thought. Please remember if you need to contact me please email me using track456@btinternet.com

I will over the next few days be adding more stuff to the website. I have added the Bethlehem and a football pitch. I have a few other pieces. I have started to add Bazzill. It is 8.5x11. I went for this size because of postage costs. At least I can fit this in an A4 envelope. If I went for the 12x12 I would then have to have pizza size boxes and postage would go up considerably.

I know it is taking longer than expected for me to update the website but I have been very busy. My eldest son has been ill and very kindly given it to me so this evening I will be going to bed early and will hopefully feel much better tomorrow. My plan is to dedicate 3 - 4 hours tomorrow for just adding bits on the website. I will also put some pictures of cards on this blog. I cannot put them onto the website as this is one of the pages that is down at the moment.

I have just been looking at some other websites and have seen so many things that I would like to buy. I think I could quite easily spend a couple of hundred pounds but I think I better wait until after Christmas now for some of the shows and see what bargains are around.

I have a cricut machine but now would like the new bigger one. Unfortunately I need to keep the cartridges but if you know of anyone who would like a cricut machine please let me know.

I shall go and help children with homework now and then I must phone around to see if I can find somebody to cover my duty at the police station next Friday as I am going to Andys Christmas work do.

THEY'RE HERE AT LAST

Well my new dies are here. I will try and put them on the website this evening and tomorrow. I have had a bit of a family emergency today, so had to drive my parents to Southampton and back. I have never driven in weather like it. It was so scary. There was no way that my dad could have driven there in those circumstances. Anyway, I am back but very tired, wet and cold. Once I have sorted the children out with homework, bath, stories, etc, I will start on the website.

Thanks all of you for being patient.

As well as not being able to change details on the website, the email is being very temperamental at the moment. One minute I am receiving emails the next I am not. Please if you are emailing me use track456@btinternet.com . I managed to log onto my emails the other day to find I had 6191, lots of these being spam but it is going to take me a while to get through them, especially when ten minutes later it logs me out again.

STILL HAVING PROBLEMS

Well what can I say. I am really sorry but there is nothing I can do. The people that were hosting our website gave me a days notice that they would no longer be offering that service. I cannot change the front page still. They were meant to transfer the website over to somebody else and have taken the money but not done the transfer. Apparently nothing can be done unless we can get hold of the person who I keep ringing and emailing. The phone is always on voicemail and the emails keep getting chucked back to me.
My new dies will be arriving tomorrow, so I will try and upload those tomorrow evening. I am able to add new products so thats something at least. I am on duty at the police station tomorrow evening though and will not be home until after 9pm.

The children have been selling some of their old toys on ebay and they are ending tonight so I will be watching those.

At last I have my new oven. My old oven broke about 6 weeks ago and my new one arrived yesterday but did not fit in the gap. Anyway all sorted now but we went to my parents for dinner tonight. I will have to read the manuel this evening to work out how to use the new one.
Off to look on ebay.

Things to do today

Well yesterday I added a few pictures to the website, which has needed to be done for a long time now. Today I want to add so much. I do have a few new sizzix dies so will put those on. I spoke to the man making my dies and he says they should be here next week (fingers crossed).
I have some charms and stickers to add too. Hopefully this will get done by this afternoon as I have Christmas cards to make up as well as some birthday card orders.

PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO ADD A COMMENT TO MY BLOG OR EMAIL ME JUST TO LET ME KNOW IF PEOPLE HAVE GOT MY ANNOUNCEMENT.

Things to be done

Well I will be updating the website over the next three days. I have so much to add and hopefully by Monday it will all be on. I still haven't received new dies yet. I will phone and find out about them today. I am also going to try to add some pictures of cards that I have been making. Feel free to add a comment about the blog as then I will know if people have seen my announcement and are looking at the blog. Thanks

I have lots and lots of Christmas cards to make still but at least I have started. I have been asked to make some wedding invitations. The order was for 50 but they have now changed it to 120. Not particularly helpful at this time of year but hey ho.

I was asked a while back to take my sizzix machine into school and show them how to make things. First I took them into Sams class (Year 4), it was so manic but I think it went ok. I showed them how to make a dog and rosette from some circles I had cut out already and they also decorated some frames with bits they cut out using the Sizzix. They all seemed to have fun although I had a headache that evening.. How the teachers do it every day I don't know.

I took it into Jordans class the following week (Year 6), not so manic. This time I took some bags that I had cut from my Cricut machine and some door hangers. I took the Sizzix machine aswell so they decorated all of them with the shapes they cut out and I just had to take ribbons and things to decorate the bags. It was near halloween so I also took die cuts of spiders, bats and ghouls. Will post pictures soon of some of the things we made.
Next week I am going to help at Uganda Club. One of the teachers runs this club to make money to send to a school in Uganda. They are going to be holding a sale so have asked me to go along to show them how to make some things. I think I will show them boxes, bags and door hangers.

Last night I had to go for training at the police station. It was very scary as it was computer training. I know very little about computers and have only learnt what I know since taking over DiestoDieFor 18months ago. One man left after an hour as he flew through it, so this paniced me more. It took me 2 hours and 10minutes but I passed. Yeah. I was so pleased (and relieved). Came home very happy.

Problems, problems, problems

Well as many of you are aware, we are having MAJOR probs with diestodiefor. The company that was hosting are no longer. Last week the website disappeared. Not sure how it came back but it's back. Well almost anyway! We cannot change the front page and I am not sure how long this is going to take to get it all working again but in the meantime I have set this blog up so that everyone at least knows what is going on. My email address is not working either. If you need to email me please use the following track456@btinternet.com

***PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ORDERING***

Orders are now being shipped same/next working day, when possible.

I have so many things to add to the website. I am surrounded by boxes. These will be added as soon as possible. My new dies should be arriving any day now.
If you are experiencing any problems please do let me know as it me be something that I am not aware of. Thank you.

Unfortunately I will not be adding anything to the website tonight as I have training at the police station. I am hoping to get lots of bits added Friday, Saturday and Sunday so keep checking.
